Shipping
Do you offer eco-friendly packing peanuts?
Yes, we are happy to announce that we have recently started offering Storopack’s Loose Fill packing peanuts when shipping glass products. Storopack’s Loose Fill is made from starch or 100% recycled EPS. They’re both clean, safe, ergonomic options. Intuitively, filling the gaps and protecting your products regardless of size, shape, or weight.
If you have a glass order and would like us to ship your order with Storopack’s Loose Fill Peanuts instead of the other alternative, Give us a call at 888-222-5232 before your order ships (additional fees may apply).

Do you offer a referral program? How does it work?
Yes.
Liquid Bottles offers a referral bonus for each customer that you refer who orders from Liquid Bottles. As a valued customer of Liquid Bottles, when you refer a friend to Liquid Bottles, you will receive a $10 credit for every $50 that the NEW customer spends on their FIRST purchase.

Does Liquid Bottles offer labels?
Yes, We work with multiple label companies to get you a quote and facilitate getting you the right labels for your packaging needs.
Orders
Do I have to order a full case?
Depending on the product, you can order as few as 100 units of a plastic container or most closures. However, to ensure glass items are safely shipped, we require that you order them in pack or case quantities. The MOQ is listed on our website for each product
Can I change/cancel my order?
Yes. Orders may be changed or canceled if we receive your request before the order has been processed.
Special Purchase Orders, which are any item that is not in stock at the Liquid Bottles warehouse that must be ordered directly from the manufacturer/vendor, may not be canceled.
Can I pick up my order from the office/warehouse?
Yes, we allow local customers to pick up orders from our warehouse. Please coordinate with your packaging specialist about timing to ensure our warehouse staff has ample time to get your order together before you arrive..
What is the minimum I can I order?
Order minimums vary from product to product. But generally, for plastic it is 100 units. For glass it is 1 "tray" or "case" depending on the type of glass. And for all closures, it is also 100.
Products
Can I receive samples?
Yes! We encourage you to get a sample of the item you are considering so that you can test it with your product. It is impossible for us to determine suitability of any of our products for our customers’ specific needs due to the many variables that impact suitability – viscosity, acidity, volume, pressurization, heat, etc. Therefore, we make no representations and assert that the customer is responsible for ensuring suitability and compliance with the regulations applicable to their product. Accordingly, we are happy to provide free samples for that purpose.

Will my bottles be sterile when I receive them?
Our products are clean and come prepackaged in wrapped trays or plastic bags, but they are not sterile.
Do you offer a printed catalog of all of your packaging?
Liquid Bottles offers over 2,500 SKUs and our inventory is constantly being updated with new and different products, making it difficult to keep an up-to-date paper catalog. Instead of a paper catalog, we maintain our easy-to-use website so that you may browse and search all of our products, reflecting real-time data on available quantities for purchase.
What certifications are available for the products on my order?
Certification of Compliance is available upon request and other documentation regarding manufacturing and product compliance standards are subject to availability of documentation provided by the manufacturer.
How do I find closures that fit my bottle?
All matching closures are listed below each bottle on our easy-to-navigate website. If you are looking for something different than what is listed, please reach out and speak with one of our packaging specialists for assistance.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. If you are anywhere outside of the continental United States, you may place your pending order online or contact us at info@LiquidBottles.com with your order details and shipping address. Either way, one of our Packaging Specialists will contact you within 24 hours with the shipping costs that will be added to your order and will make arrangements with you for payment.

Do you match or beat competitor pricing?
Yes. We are happy to review your competitor invoice or official quote and will match or beat that price for items that we have in stock.
Can I get large volume discounts?
Yes. Please speak with one of our Packaging Specialists to ensure you get the best pricing available for your packaging needs.

How long does delivery take?
We ship most of our products via FedEx and UPS Ground. This image will show you transit times.

$100 - $149.99 = $30.99 in shipping
$150 - $199.99 = $43.99 in shipping

$300+ = FREE SHIPPING!!
All shipping rates for Hawaii, Alaska, and all other countries will be determined on a case by case basis. Free shipping and other listed rates do not apply to places outside the lower 48 states of the USA.

Can I return an item?
Yes. We will accept returns on unopened/unused items inside 15 days of delivery. We do not accept returns after the 15 day mark. All returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee and the customer is responsible for the return shipping rate.
Any item that is not in stock at the Liquid Bottles warehouse that must be ordered directly from the manufacturer/vendor is considered a Special Purchase Orders and is therefore not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
How long does it take to ship my order?
Orders for in stock items placed before 2pm EST Monday-Friday ship out the same day 99% of the time.
How can I track my package?
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the carrier tracking information.
What are my shipping options?
We ship using UPS and Fedex for most of our ground orders. We use a wide range of freight companies for our freight shipments. If you have a preferred shipping company or would like us to ship on your company’s account, please let your packaging specialist know when you place the order.

How do I get a quote for product and shipping?
If you would like a custom quote for a large volume order or for specialized shipping, please reach out and speak with one of our packaging specialists for assistance.
Why did I only receive part of my order?
Sometimes we need to package your order in multiple boxes. This means boxes may get separated by the carrier during transit and the remaining box(es) is likely on the way. Often the carrier tracking system will show the status of all boxes included in the shipment. You can also contact your packaging specialist who will gladly research and advise of your shipment status.
Payment
What payment options are available?
We accept all major credit cards, bank wire, cashiers check, PayPal and ACH Payments. Products do not get shipped until payment has cleared.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds can take up to 7 business days. If the refund is due to a returned product, we do not refund money until we have received the product back to our facility.
Can I establish credit terms?
Yes. We are happy to provide net credit terms to customers who provide a completed credit application and meet our criteria. Please obtain the credit application form from your Liquid Bottles Packaging Specialist.
